    Biography

    Lisa Ndulu Mutua is the Customer Care Officer at Kencream Sacco Society Limited, having joined the Sacco in February, 2020.

    She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication (Broadcast Journalism) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology. Additionally, she has undertaken other relevant trainings, certifications and mentorships in customer care, notably; – Customer Orientation and Experience, Human and Career Choice Counselling.

    Lisa is a seasoned customer care professional with vast work experience spanning over six years, drawn from various organizations and cutting across different industries. Prior to joining Kencream Sacco Society Limited, she worked as a Customer Care Officer at Waumini Sacco Society Limited, Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital and Bridge International Academies. She also served in several junior positions in reputable organizations.
